My ms300 doesn't turn on when plugged into a 97 accord. Why

    I verified the scanner worked on another vehicle. When I plug it into my 97 accord nothing happens. Blank screen no power. I verified 12v at the data link connector . Please help

    Since MS300 can work on other vehicles, it is able to work fine. For your Accord problem, it is likely the DLC in your car got some problems.
